Can N3DSXL cards capture DS footage/audio?

I'm thinking about purchasing a capture card for the New Nintendo 3DS XL, and I was wondering if the card is able to capture video/audio for NDS games as well. I'm a speedrunner, and using a any of the 3DS models give faster loading times for my game. However, I can't find anyone who installs 3DS XL capture cards, so I purchased an N3DSXL in hopes that I could have one installed and be able to post videos that aren't me pointing a webcam at a 3DS and a timer. Apologies if this question comes up a lot, but I scrolled through the first few pages of topics, and didn't see anyone else asking this. Thanks in advance!
