I have received my 3ds back yesterday, and have had issues as soon as I plugged it in. Ive installed the necessary drivers, and software. I'm using the cable provided, and I do not know if it's my computer that is the issue. The audio is also glitching as well. I tried looking through forum but haven't seen it like this. Any help is greatly appreciated!!

Are you using the USB C to USB C cable I found my USB C to USB C I order does the same thing but my USB 2.0 to USB C works fine for Video but no audio not sure why.

Also test different USB ports on your computer.
