Btw since it seems like what's helping the jig to stay in place is the charger port, how did you managed to keep it in place when u were drilling the plastic?

So I put it in place, then taped it on, removed the back panel and shell and then I was free to use my dremmel. Otherwise as long as you put some electrical tape or some layers of kapton tape in place on the motherboard you can do some preminary cuts beforehand.
I recommend scoring the shell with a craft knife or even tweezers whilst the jig is on, so that you can double check your alignment is right and then get a good shape once you do the proper cut.
