For disk reading and writing, join two RAM adapter cable ends together. Nintendo AV connectors (for SNES / N64 / Gamecube) can also be used, you'll need to cut the bumps off them to make them fit. You can find these HERE.

Join pins 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 9, B, C from one connector to the other.
Leave the other pins unconnected.
You can use FDSStick with a RAM adapter in the Twin Famicom's cartridge slot. Alternatively, with an appropriate cable (not included) you can connect it to "Port C" on the Twin Famicom. I sell a small adapter that lets you use the cable pulled from a RAM adapter.
