The only soldering I saw here was those power wires to enable USB charging. Is that really all that needs to be soldered? If so, then I can definitely manage that myself. Idk if it’s been answered, but do you know if it will work with the Japanese n3ds XL (LL) ? US region systems are a bit spendy now, and the Japanese variant is about $100 cheaper to get.

No it can’t. That only delivers power.

I use a homebrew app call SWAP DRC. It wont capture both screens, but it will get the game pad screen to go out of the HDMI on the Wii U. I’d recommend trying that.
