If calibration didn't help, then one of the solder points need to be redone, or the flex pcb is damaged. There are some solutions at the bottom of Optimize's installation page.

The left side is the main side you view. I doubt a seller would send it out like that. Did you install it yourself?

Optimize boards don't support it, but there is a workaround. However, there's always a risk of them being damaged doing this. You've been warned..
