Hi there, I bought a 3DS Capture for 3DSXL that you've installed in your office but I cannot use it now. The Mini USB Port seems to have a problem, I have to hold the cable down to have a few seconds of images. I tried on different USB Ports (3.0 & 2.0), with different cables. I bought new cable...
