Yes, they should work together.
It will be easier to install the capture card first.

If you mean does it use the same flex cable, then no. It needs a different one.

thank you for your response! sorry i guess you misunderstood something. i mean will it still be compatible with the ds wireless controller mod flex cable from insidegadets? so can i still install both?

@loopy will the new ds cap card design still be compatible with the original ds wireless flex board?

its very important to me to know because of my future setup!
