Judging by this thread ; I'm pretty sure the card is bricked. I'll have to wait to see when Loopy sees the thread and tells me the truth. Unless there is a way for loopy to show me steps how to do the programming, which I doubt, I'm going to have to mail it to be restored. Loopy give me the verdict....

update: I ran it as usb install and I got a code 10 as device can't start

No, that's the right thing. Do you hear the sound when windows detects a new device when you plug in the 3DS? If you go to Device Manager, do you see the 3DS Capture Card on the list? Should be under Universal Serial Bus devices, No. It used to but not as of today. it's not showing up in my device ...

Blank capture!!! Need help quickly
for some reason, my capture card will not display any video or sound, regardless of the version of software I am using. Any help? I tried a system restore and reinstalling drivers. no luck. is there a chance I have to do something to the capture card itself?

In the new Pokemon games, there are safari zones that are determined by the friend codes you have connected to the system. If you're safari generated dittos, it's really gold for getting ditto to breed
