First of all, "in Windows Movie Maker" is your problem.
I mean, never, ever, ever use that crap, seriously.

You should try VirtualDub, Sony Vegas, Adobe Premiere Pro, etc.
I prefer VirtualDub, because it's available for free, and isn't as hard to understand as the other said packages.

I also had similar problems, but I've solved it by just re-inserting the Flat Cable a few times, until it worked without problems.
Maybe you should try that?

We were making a Mac Version, but Objective-C is to weird.

I think I know why. Katsukity is selling his own boards (I know one customer who bought one from Katsukity, and one from Loopy), while he uses Loopy's boards for testings and (probably) advertising.
