When can I order a Nintendo DS with preinstalled bord?

I see that the Nintendo DS with preinstalled board is sold out. When can I order one?

Loopy has them available as he finds original model DSes, but if you don't want to wait, you can find your own "phat" DS and send it in to him. Should cost about the same or cheaper as a preinstalled one.
