Custom Charges

My 3DS EU version will arrive tomorrow morning.
I willl pay loopy through paypal and send my 3DS right away.

I am from UK. So if loopy gets charged by custom to receive my 3DS, will he charge me extra?

(I am a frequent online shopping person and never had any problem with the customs. Once they contacted me asking what was in the parcel and I told them it was a "handbag"(although it was an iQue DS from china lol) and they released it lol).

Just making sure before I make the payment and send off my 3DS :)

He told me that he doesn't have any extra customs (to import the 3DS to the USA) but you shouldn't trust that the custom don't find your board (to import it to the UK).

American Customs are Tax free up to $ 200 USD, while European Customs are VAT free up to € 22,-.
A 3DS isn't worth $ 200 USD, so there's no need to worry about that.
