DS and New 3DSXL capture card update?

I've read some post here that Loopy is doing some installations here, so I'm just wondering is it still good tobuy the service and send the DS, or is he not taking orders atm? Also I'm guessing the New 3DSXL capture cards are not available yet?

DS and 3DS are in stock you will have to send in your own console though. New 3dsxl were just talked about, never really anything concrete about them on this site. I think there is a design for it and maybe a prototype picture from back in the day and he may be working on them still. But I haven't heard anything about it in a while, Maybe Loopy can update us on those ;)
