Can the 3ds ll be modded or just the xl?

I just got a new 3ds but its the ll not the xl, can i still send it in to be modded??

If you're talking about a "New 3DS LL", it's the same exact thing as a "New 3DS XL", it's just its Japanese name. So it can be modded. (It's the one with the Pad button to the right, as well as the ZL/ZR buttons)

If, instead, it's a regular "3DS LL", the answer is no. Like for the regular "3DS XL".
