Charging Light turns on and then off after 5 seconds

Hey guys,

I successfully installed my capture card for the New 3ds xl two days ago without the audio as I am not the best at soldering. When I was done i plugged the card into my computer and everything worked great! However, I realized I forgot to put the ribbon cable for the touch screen back as it did not work when I tried using it, so the next day I re opened my console and plugged the ribbon cable back in. I closed everything back up and now when I try to charge my new 3ds xl, the light will turn on for 5 seconds and then turn off and I cannot boot the console. I have tried unplugging and replunging in all of the ribbon cables on the motherboard and nothing I do seems to fix the problem. I am really worried I somehow bricked my console, any advice would be appreciated!
