I have a cousin who bought a capture card for the new 3ds xl but he bought it for self-installation because he was going to take it to a place to have it installed but then they told him that they couldn't install it and I wonder if he can send a fabric for me to have it installed you install, he will pay all extra costs up to and including extra installation costs. So can he send you the 3DS with the capture card so you can install it?
