Shell Trimming Service

I ordered a 3DS capture card a couple months ago and installed it myself. While the install of the capture card was relatively straightforward, the trimming of the shell was probably the most difficult and time consuming part. While my trimming is passable it is far from a factory look. I noticed in the installation guide pictures that a CNC machine is used when loopy does the install for you. I was wondering if it would be at all possible to send in just a shell to be trimmed to get the factory look and if so how much you would charge for something like that.

Was wondering the same thing actually. I managed to cut the hole but it is not pretty, and if there were a way to pay for just the hole cut I would. Installation if the card itself was not an issue, but just how long it took to cut the plastic made it a pain.

I would love if this was an option, I have some special edition consoles I'd really love to keep as pristine as possible. I just have to imagine it's not worth his time. I sent an email asking the same thing a couple years ago now and never heard back.
