Microphone is not showing up in audio settings.

Hi, so I recorded one video without any mic, which was intentional. But when I wanted to record with mic again, it didn't show up! I have no idea why my mic won't show. When I go to the Audio settings the mic is there but I can't choose that mic on the capture program setting. Please help me fix this problem.
