Hello,

I placed an order on the 10th of September 2024 for an original Nintendo DS capture card installation + replacement of the top and bottom display + DS digitizer replacement.

According to USPS tracking, my DS was delivered to Loopy on the 23rd of October 2024, still haven't received anything yet, no paypal shipping notification.

Sent full details to loopy including tracking number in a private message, looking forward to receiving an update as its already been a month since my DS was delivered, thanks!

Update: I received a paypal email with the tracking number on the 22nd of November, im guessing turnaround time is around a month now from the date the console is received. Mine was a little bit over a month, I'd wait 4-5 weeks from the date the console is delivered, if you don't get the paypal email, definitely post here and then wait another week or two. But I'd say 4-6 weeks is probably the turnaround time.

If you sent it via ebay like I did, be sure to provide the tracking number by email like I did as soon as you have it. Do not worry if he doesn't reply to your emails, messages or forum posts, he is reading and taking care of everything, I guess he just gets a lot of emails, posts and messages and doesn't have enough time to reply to all. Its just that I was a little bit worried cause he did my 3DS in 2 weeks haha, but I guess there's more work volume now

2nd update: It arrived today on the 25th of November, that's insanely fast considering it was shipped halfway across the world!

12/5/2024 - Order placed for an installation for New 3DS XL capture card (Red Top Shell/Gray Bottom Shell with red d-pad, buttons, and battery included and no SD card on system) and the system was shipped to destination.

12/7/2024 - System has reached the destination and received.

12/12/2024 - Got confirmation from Loopy that they have received my system.

12/20/2024 - Just saw an e-mail from Paypal that my system has been shipped and is arriving on Monday. Will edit once more once the system arrives back to me.

11/20/2024 - Order placed for a N3DSXL capture card (Fire Emblem Fates Black/White) and the system was shipped.

11/27/2024 - N3DSXL arrived at Loopy's.

12/9/2024 - Awaiting updates on system.

Using this format to both hopefully hear a status update as well as give others an idea of the current time.

Hello,

Placed an order on 11/30/24 for a Nintendo DS Capture Card, as well as 2x touch screen replacements and new digitizer.

Shipped my order out on 12/4/24 via USPS.

Order was out for delivery on 12/7/24, but it looks like it wasn't fully delivered and it is currently in "Awaiting Delivery" limbo for several days now.

I went down to my local post office and they said that whomever I sent it to has to go to the post office to possibly pick up the package or get a check on it.

I have tried emailing the info@3dscapture.com but I haven't gotten a response yet.

Would love to hear where my system is, I just don't want it to get lost in transit.

Update: I got a response back on email today saying my DS has been received. What a relief, not sure why USPS tracking is being so weird. Excited to eventually get my unit back!

I have ordered a capture card for the new 3ds xl. Says it has arrived at its destination and I just wanted to make sure that you received it well.

Update: just got my tracking number emailed today, pretty nice.

Just got my consoles back, sent them November 20th and they arrived today. Funnily enough, my 3DS Streetpassed with Loopy's console while the card was being installed

Follow up post to what I wrote previously.

Just received my system a few minutes ago and good god it works just like I hoped it would. The turnaround time for me was over two weeks but the wait was so worth it.
