Review now that I have got it: I opened it out from the box and for a good 10 seconds, I was confused because the work is so good, that it legit looks like it came straight from a Nintendo factory. The USB port blends in so well, I literally couldn't notice it was a change! It was packaged safely, the cord it comes with is quite long a nice. I plugged it in, and BAM it started working nice and easy. A grandma could figure out how to make it work! Also, I love that it charges the 3ds! I had no idea it would, but I am SO GLAD because my 3ds came with a broken charging port 100/10

Suppose I ought to put mine here since I sent a bit ago. I'm a bit slow to this and who knows how many others don't post theirs. Copypasta time.

Edit: Arrived today. Testing various things on MacOS with cc3dsfs expecting something to go wrong but it's working better than I expected even with people saying the cords weren't good (though I have faster cables if I do run into bad sound or such.) Bizarrely I see the charger light turn on when plugged in. I didn't even know the card could charge via USB while plugged into a PC and even heard folks say that it couldn't do that (from a few years old review at least.) So as someone who isn't on Windows but both Mac and Linux, quite happy and surreal to be mirroring 3DS to PC while having access to the hardware itself. I expected a lot of problems and got none. Also, the USB-C connection trim in the case is quite secure and very clean.

Edit: Got it today! It works well although I do have the flickering issue on the software which I read is due to USB issues so I'll have to figure that out but it works perfectly and the port itself is so clean! Thank you Loopy!

Edit 2: Buying and installing a PCI-e USB Expansion Card fixed the flickering issue if anyone wants a pretty straightforward fix!

Note: If you're nervous at all about sending your precious 3ds, let me be an example on why you don't need to be. Loopy did a fantastic job and my 3ds arrived in the exact same condition I sent it, albeit with a fancy new upgrade. Everything works perfectly and I can't thank him enough for providing this service. The USB C port looks factory due to his amazing CNC machine setup, it's well worth the cost of the service to have it installed with a manufacturer level of quality. As a side bonus I received a ton of street passes which made me happy to be a part of the 3ds world.
