EU 3DS Capture Cards?

Been searching for a while and looking to purchase an EU 3DS with the capture board installed. Could someone provide a link to where I could do so? Would be greatly appreciated! Thanks

I have just ordered myself the 3ds plus the installation of the capture card too, after I confirmed the payment it said 'Nintendo 3DS + 3DS Capture Card (Ice White)' is that still with the installation of the board before being sent to me?? Slightly confused

Since my native language is not English, you could give me an advice and help me with the Explanation in the shop so my offer will be better understandable.
Something like "Nintendo 3DS with preinstalled 3DS Capture Card"?

The one that is most expensive, that is over 400 then it's the one with the capture board installed.
