Sending In a 3ds

Is it possible for me to send in my new 3DS XL and have a capture card fixed/isntalled? It already has a capture card installed from Katsukity, but frankly Katsukity suck and the connection has gone dodgy, would it be possible to send my device into loopy and pay to have a capture card installed?

Loopy is not currently offering boards/installations for 3DSes. His most recent post (viewtopic.php?f=3&t=5400) shows that he is working on offering them again at some point in the future, so just keep an eye out for updates.
