Way to switch top and bottom screens when fullscreen'ed? Also any recommendations on codecs?

Loving it so far, was wondering if there a way to switch the top and bottom screen when I'm in full screen?
Also in video settings I'm using Cinepak Codec by Radius, is this the best option for best video quality? I've tried them all and they seem to be the same. Or is that only for like recording?
