Sound on DS Capture sounds awful

Hello, I installed the capture card into the DS. On the test run it worked perfectly. After I screwed everything back into the place, the audio no sounds terrible, there is this constant noise coming through my computer. Could it just be my solder joint? Or is there any sound settings I can tinker with?

I have the same issue its a constant loud buzzing/popping sound coming through on the capture software but on the DS it sounds normal

It's hard to say without seeing it, but I would guess that it's a soldering issue. Or a poor cable connection.

If you're using an older one that doesn't have digital audio, I'd suggest buying a ground loop isolator. It's just an adapter you plug into your aux port and the aux to the PC will connect to the other side.

I am having the exact issue you have described with mine, but I cannot find any issues with my soldering.

Just in case I resoldered the sound connections, which did not fix it. I then went back and scaped some more solder mask off, and resoldered those connections which resolved those issues. So it was definitely a connection issue.
