Question about 3DS Modding and Capture Card program

Would there be any issue with setting up Homebrew and such after the capture card program is installed and the modding is done? Or should I do that first, along with the setup, before shipping my console out?

Either is fine.
If you're worried, I'd set up homebrew before sending the 3DS in, to be sure it's working.

It doesn’t really matter technically, but I’d personally do the homebrew setup first. That way you know everything’s working and you’re not troubleshooting two things at once later. It keeps things simpler and avoids confusion.
