No Video/Audio

I installed the capture card a little over a month ago and everything was working great. Now all of a sudden when I try to connect my 3ds to my PC I don't get any video or audio and the 3ds capture software doesn't show anything connected. I had to uninstall the software and reinstall the driver and was finally able to get it to work. I streamed with it for a couple of hours and then when I ended my stream I disconnected my 3ds and tried to reconnect it and the problem came back.

What do you see in the Device Manager when it comes to the 3DS?

It appears as a USB Composite Device

So when I have the software open before I plug in my 3ds, it does not connect. If I plug in my 3ds first then launch the software it connects just fine. I don't remember it doing that when I first installed it.
