N3DSXL Black screen with blue light, doesn't turn on

I received my modded N3DSXL back from loopy last month. I tested it a bit and it appeared fine. Today I went and tested the capture ability and to check if everything was working correctly.
Everything was going fine. Then I noticed I couldn't use the Home Buttom or the Power button while I was in a game. I had to hold the power button until it shut down.
Then when I tried to start it again, the blue light came on but the screen stayed black. Nothing happens if I wait, there's no sounds or anything. I have to hold the power button to shut it down.
I tried unplugging the power card (followed this https://youtu.be/EY-Cupq3qRs?is=T6JzjF6P32SBQPHj), removing the SD card and turning it on, trying to load Luma and the other systems at start, tried to get any kind of screen up. Sometimes a text screen comes up on startup but it goes away super fast so I can't even select or read anything, and then it doesn't appear again unless I remove the SD card? Not entirely sure what makes that text screen popup.
As far as I can tell, none of the ribbons are damaged and everything is plugged in correctly.
Any ideas what it could be?
