Forum update

I'm working on updating the forum. Registrations are disabled for now, everything else should be working. If something looks broken, let me know.

The old forum is still accessible at http://3dscapture.com/forum_old/

Might play around with the theme some more, but I think everything's up and running now.

Everything looks good :) hopefully there will also be an update on 3ds capture cards as well but I will be patient :)
