Hi guys, I just wanted to know if this is applicable to Aussie (PAL) Nintendo3DS Consoles? I have a standard black one and want one of these real bad.. also what would I have to send with the 3ds.. just the console itself or do you want it in its box with the other stuff too? Thanks.

He wants just a 3DS, and some notice, so Loopy knows it's your 3DS.

A 3DS doesn't know what's PAL or NTSC, really, it's independent from Region Locking.
PAL and NTSC (and SECAM) are just the colour system of a TV, what you should mean is, JPN, USA, and EUR/AUS (Europe and Australia are the same Region).

Yes, I can install it in an Aus (PAL) 3DS. You only need to send the 3DS, I don't need the box, etc.
