N3DSXL Driver Won't Install

I tried downloading the N3DSXL Driver for the latest capture software, but the Installation Wizard shows this

I'm not too tech-savvy, but it seems like I installed it before, but I can't find the driver anywhere on my pc, nor am I given the option to uninstall/update it. And even if it IS on my pc, there's still no display in the capture software

Some things to note (if it's important)
- I'm using Windows 10 (and up to date)
- USB C Cable is new
- Tested all the USB ports on my pc
- Restarted my pc several times to try and install the driver
- This capture device was self-installed by someone else and it worked seamlessly on their computer (it definitely seems like a driver install issue, but I don't know how to fix this)

It's probably not a driver issue.
Does your computer recognize it's plugged in? (Does it make the USB connect sound?) Does it show up in Device Manager?

Just checked again, no sound played and it didn't show up in Device Manager either

It sounds like a connection problem (try a different cable?) or there's something wrong with the installation. Or the board's dead Hard to say without looking at it.
Your computer should at least see that it's plugged in, even if there's some driver issue.

If the cable you're using is only for charging (no data) then that would explain it.

I'm gonna try another USB C cable, see if that changes anything.

Also, I extracted the zip to see if anything different happens. I did receive a different message in Installation Wizard that says "Ready to use" but when I look up the driver name on my PC, all I get is this

The capture card uses a generic FTDI driver. It looks like everything is fine there.

Good news! It was the USB cable I don't know why I didn't try that before. Anyways, thanks for the quick response and help, really appreciate it!
