Audio modulation?

Ive got the sound playing just fine when its plugged in and the video software isnt running, but the moment I start the 3DS Capture software, a loud modulation noise starts playing?

Any help here?

Sure, the package you got from loopy should have included a black box labeled "NOISE FILTER". If you connect that box between your PC and your 3DS the noise will go away.

Uhg I didnt get that piece... I bought the 3DS off of eBay with this same capture board..

How can I obtain one of these?
