Existing orders are still being processed as before -- takes a couple of days to install and ship back. Paypal transaction IDs are different for the buyer and seller, so that number doesn't mean anything to me. I'll need your name / address / email to know who you are.

[edit] Nevermind, I found out how to lookup the customer Tx ID. Yours will probably go out tomorrow.

Just making sure you recieved my 3DS (I get a little nervous with USPS, I have had previous issues). Came from a Dylan R, Salem Mass. The 3ds has a sticker on the inside below the letter keys.
