Quick hypothetical question...

I just recently got the Capture Board, and it works PERFECTLY! ^-^
Thank you very much, you are AWESOME!

But a worry I had, was, say my 3DS dies in another year or so, would I have to buy a New 3DS AND the Capture board again, or can you use the old capture board for the new one? (Because I know Nintendo would refuse to fix it, even if I paid them the $75 to do so)
I'd like to be prepared in advance in case something like this happens, thanks in advance! ^-^
