Broken board?

Post by katgrafei » Fri Jan 09, 2015 2:28 pm

I have a question and I am not sure what to do about it. When I plug my cord into my DS and turn the 3DS Capture application on my computer, the audio sound like its screaming and there are weird lines on the application screen, not my actual DS screen. Is there something I can do to fix the capture board, or is it broken?

This is what it sounds like: https://www.dropbox.com/s/1twg7lvefl0ds ... 6.avi?dl=0

I just took this video to show what the sound is. I have no idea how this occurred, I never dropped my ds or damaged it in any way, it just started sounding like this all of a sudden.

Thanks!

Do you have a DS or 3DS modded? There are two different softwares/drivers for them. (You can't use 3DS Capture with the DS.)

EDIT: Oh I just looked at your video and it's obviously a 3DS. Hm, not sure what the issue might be...

It looks like there's something wrong with the board. You can send it back, I'll take a look at it.
