3DS XL Capture Card

Hey I've been wanting to buy a Capture Card for a while now but I have an XL and I don't want to spend extra on another DS so I'm just wondering if you're ever going to release one for the 3DS XL? Anyways thanks for everything you're doing!

Is it going to cost more than the normal 3ds?

It won't cost more. Possibly less. The board is going through a fairly major redesign and will be a lot smaller.

Neat, I'm looking forward to it. I remember messaging Loopy about it a while ago last year, and I wound up getting an XL despite wanting a capturable 3DS (when the full black one came out when Mario & Luigi 4 was released).

Quick question though, does getting a board installed fiddle with the firmware/data and wipe anything? Or would all my data on it be safe? I kinda spent $60-ish on Fire Emblem DLC on it lol.

No, your 3DS won't lose any data when the board is installed.

How's the progress coming along? I am wondering if I send you my standard 3ds to modify and then you have the 3ds xl available in the future can we get a discount for repeat business? Thanks in advance.
