There is one for DS games in the display software but I wanted to be able to switch between 3ds 2x and DS 2x without having to spend a couple of minutes realigning things for the 3DS display.
I was wondering if this was coming in the future or not?
2x 2D display type?
Re: 2x 2D display type?
2x 2D? I'm not sure what you mean, it's never had that option.

I mean like doubling the screen display to twice the size so the pixels remain accurate pretty much. Like the DS's upcale display type. I was using the software's terms since I thought those were you're preferred terms.

I understand what you're saying, but I've never had a 2X setting. Are you talking about Katsukity's software?

Oh I was just asking if you'd consider adding it. I'd like to switch between the DS upscale setting and 3DS one without having to readjust to 2x when I go back to 2D 3DS mode. Sorry if I didn't make that clear enough.
Re: 2x 2D display type?
This would actually be super useful, at least to me!
When I play emulators, 90% of the time if not always, I set the video to 2x.
HOWEVER, the capture software at least has a nice feature I haven't seen anywhere else!
It tells you the size in pixels on the top. So, its only a matter of doing some math before resizing.
For example, the 3DS window at its smallest is 400x ...
Just resize it to 800x ...
I know it's been a month since you last posted, maybe you already figured it out, but it really doesnt take "a couple of minutes" to realign. 5 Seconds tops!
