My 3DS' headphone jack broke

Hey guys, I accidentally broke my 3DS's headphone jack by inserting a headphone cable that was slightly bent, now I can't seem to get any headphone plug into it, any ideas what went wrong or how to fix it? It already has Loopy's capture board attached to it.

What went wrong? I think you already answered that.
How to fix it? Replace the headphone jack.
