Flickering Screen

A buddy of mine wants to have a board installed, but the 3DS he owns has a screen flicker (the screen goes white every once and awhile). Would that show up on the PC screen?

No idea. Depends on what's wrong with the 3DS, whether it's the LCD or something wrong with the mainboard. It's possible it will work just fine. If you want to try it, go ahead and order it, I can refund the money if it doesn't work out for you.
