Anybody know a good tutorial video for how to record using software for mac??? would really help me out
or just a good explanation lol

Depends what you are looking for.
What is it that you are trying to record?
If you are asking for setup of the 3DS capture, then its simple.
Download and install software
Connect USB to 3DS to Computer.
!!Warning: DO NOT have it connected during a system update.
Connect a male to male audio cable from 3DS to Line In on computer,
*I recommend this one to reduce static noise:

Start up the software.
Go to DualCapture->preferences and change audio settings similar to this:

*I recommend none layout to have two different files for each screen.
Hit play and then record when you are ready.
If the software is too taxing to record I recommend quicktime which has a screen cap. If you want something less taxing and efficient screenflick is pretty good at $30.
