Would A GBA Slot Be Possible?

Hi. I'm not asking you to make one or anything, I'm just curious. Aside from modifying software, would it even be possible to modify the 3DS or 3DS XL to have a GBA slot on it?

You could just buy a DS capture card, it should be able to play GBA games

Yes, I do know how to record it. I actually have the DS capture board. I was just wondering if it is even possible to mod a GBA slot onto a 3ds, just to play games. It's a random question that's been bothering me and I figured the forum would probably be the best place to ask it.

I would say no, it would not, as there's nothing to translate/read the GBA game, and I'm not even sure a board could be made to do so.

It might be possible, but not worth it imo
Besides, the slot wouldn't fit :P

It would be simpler to write an Emulator for GBA games and dump them with a DS lite (or download the ROMs). There are already GBA Emulators avaible.

Adding a GBA slot is simply not possible, the 3DS is not designed to work with one. Might as well ask for an N64 slot.
