When unplugging my mini usb chord from the capture device, the silver lining where you plug in the chord fell out and I can't find it because the piece is so small. Now the device does not work because the area where it plugs in does not fit. I have had my capture board installed for 8 months and it never leaves my desk, and I have never dropped the system. I unplugged the wire to charge my phone and this was the result. If possible I would like to request a reinstallation for my device. Thanks.
