Transferring one card to another?

So i have a question, say if i were to have a 9.7 capture card made by you already and the original backing for that along with another non capture card o3ds on 4.2 (firmware is for 3ds hacks like gateway related stuff) and if we were able to send in those two if you would be able to transfer the mod to the other 3ds and put the original backing on the one you pre installed. would that cost any money? if so how much would it cost?

Just throwing this out there so you get a quicker response but what you are requesting would be a completely new mod. The work that is done is internally. Essentially he would be installing the flex-pcb onto the new motherboard and installing the capture board again. I couldn't see him not charging for it to be honest.
