Top Screen Looks Weird.

The top screen looks very blurry but on the capture card on my computer it looks fine. It just looks so blurry on my 3DS top screen. Its not a big issue but i was wondering if its free for it to get fixed?

No, No that's not the problem. problem is that it looks extremely blurry and its never been that blurry the top screen. I feel somethings broken.

I don't think it's caused by the capture card, how long have you had it?
The screen may need to be replaced. I can't do it for free. The capture card has a warranty, but I can't do basic 3DS repairs for everyone.

I haven't had it for 1 year. As it was bought in December for my christmas. If it costs then i won't bother since its not a major issue as it still works fine on my computer plus, i own another 3DS that i bought recently.
