Sending 3ds or Restock

Hello. Im new to this whole thing but I wanted to know how do I send my 3ds xl to get a capture card installed into it. Or if there will be a restock of old 3ds? Thank you.

Once you purchase, you send it to the address on the site.

Sounds like Loopy is taking a little break, so maybe nothing for a bit still.
