Looking for 3DS Capture Card (Name your Price)

I've had a Nintendo 3DS Capture Card, but as of recently it has messed up and no longer plays game and freezes whenever I turn it on. If anyone is willing to sell a capture card I'll purchase it for a negotiable price please...

The 3DS is messed up? Or the capture card? If the capture card works, I can move it into a different system.

the capture card still works but the 3DS is frozen.
