DS Capture Card Fails to Output to PC

I ordered a DS capture card a few months back and it worked great, but recently it's stopped outputting video to my PC when I plug it in. It'll still charge, but the DS Capture software doesn't detect anything. I've tried different USB ports and still nothing, so maybe I jostled something loose while I was traveling? Do I need to send it in for repairs?

Does your computer see it at all? (Does it make the USB connect sound?)

Try a different cable, if you have one. Or test it on another computer.
If you can't get it working you can send it in, I'll take a look at it.

Sorry this is late; I finally got around to buying a new cable and yeah, looks like the problem was with the old cable. Seems to work fine now. Thanks!
