3ds capture card audio not working

Hi ,I was wondering if anyone could help me. I just bought a 3ds xl capture card . Everything works fine except for the audio , no matter what I do the sounds comes out as static and lagging. I have tried connect an aux cord and a ground loop, but the issue still persists. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If audio is static and lagging, I don't think it's coming out of the aux cord. This is a katsukity thing, maybe someone else can help.

Thank you , I appreciate your response . The seller was telling me that the issue is that my laptop is not powerful enough to run the software, but I'm not so sure to be honest

I have a katsukity 3DS myself and have never ever used the audio via USB lol. It's so delayed it's borderline unusable.
