ds capture not connecting

I just got one of my OG DS modified with the capture card. when i plug it in, it charges, but the software on the computer doesnt recognize it/ says nothing is connected.

I got an email from someone else, saying it doesn't work right in Windows 11. I'm not sure what's going on there, might have to look into it.

Does Windows recognize it's plugged in? What do you see in Device Manager?

it doesn't pick it up in device manager, but my other DS is noticed in device manager

no, it isn't recognized by windows / there is no noise when unplugging and plugging back in

Do you have another cable you can test it with?

just tried another cable that i use frequently, still no noise when i plug it in and out. it does charge though

Must be something wrong with the board. I test everything that's shipped out, but I guess something happened to it. Static shock maybe? idk.
I'll fix it if you send the DS back. I'll refund the extra shipping cost from your order since it's not your fault.
