New 4.2V new issue(?)

I think there's a bug with 4.2v for the phat ds capture cards. When I came to open the software after I turned on the DS it wouldn't receive the input.

That shouldn't matter.
Odd. I can't think of what would cause it. The changes between the two versions are pretty minor. I'll leave it up for now and see if issues come up for anyone else.
