3DS Capture Card - Device Not Transmitting Signal

That's true. Weird. I've tried like all 10 USB ports on this PC too and I can't quite figure out where it's coming from. Any other time it would be alright but I'm just crunched on time right now. My guess is that even another 3DS with a board installed is going to react the same way.

Uninstall the driver from Device Manager (check the "delete driver" box if you get one).



Then unplug it, plug it back in, see if it works.
If not, try installing the driver from my site (https://3dscapture.com/3ds_driver_install.exe)

What do you mean, crashed? Like, blue screen? Or the program crashed, or ...?
